The Waenhuiskrans Arniston Ratepayers Association, commonly referred to as WARA, many years ago set out in its Constitution its purpose as being:
Able to look after the local affairs and interests of Waenhuiskrans Arniston and its inhabitants
That statement elegantly describes the Association's two fundamental interests: The physical environment and the people. The volunteer committee of the Association has before and will continue to work hard in defending these principles and is motivated by the dedicated support of the Association's members.
