Parking is available for approximately 500 vehicles. The beach is ideally suited to wind and water sports of all kinds and is especially popular with kitesurfers. Swimming, however, is not recommended, as conditions can be dangerous, and there are no lifeguards on duty. Dogs are allowed and there is a paved pathway along the edge of the beach, ideal for joggers. Dolphin Beach also has partial disability access.
