About
Cape Town’s swimming facilities consist of Olympic sized pools, splash pools for children and fully equipped springboard diving pools. The popular Long Street facility includes a main indoor pool, kiddies’ pool, hot baths, and Turkish baths. 

The following rules apply: No alcohol, firearms, animals, use of soap, glass containers, balls or frisbee games, underwater diving equipment, inflatable mattresses and tubes, playing of music, or preparation of food.
