Rotary’s main objective is service — in the community, in the workplace, and around the globe. The 1.2 million Rotarians who make up more than 34,000 Rotary clubs in nearly every country in the world share a dedication to the ideal of Service Above Self.
Rotary clubs are open to people of all cultures and ethnicities and are not affiliated with any political or religious organizations.
In more than 34,000 clubs worldwide, you'll find members volunteering in communities at home and abroad to support education and job training, provide clean water, combat hunger, improve health and sanitation, and eradicate polio.
There's something that all Rotary club members have in common: We take action. As community volunteers, we reach out to neighbours in need. We build, support, and organize. We save lives. We work locally and globally.

District 9350
District 9350 covers a large part of the Southern African sub-continent, incorporating the whole of Angola and Namibia, and the western part of the Republic of South Africa. It covers an area of 2.4 million square kilometres reaching from the Angolan border in the north to the southern tip of Africa - a distance of 3 200 kilometres and is an average of 600 kilometres wide along it's entire length. Its coast is washed by both the Atlantic and Indian Ocean.
