The Norway Parks Athletic Football Club was established in 1934 and took its name from Norway Road in Maitland. Before the formation of the club, young men from the immediate vicinity formed informal teams and challenged others coming from the surrounding areas of Kensington, Windermere, Garden Village and Brooklyn to matches on Sunday afternoons. |
