Vineyard Swimming Club is based in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town, South Africa. Established in 1976, Vineyard is committed to providing all our swimmers with the best possible coaching, from the start of club swimming to the highest levels of competitive swimming: national and international.

At Vineyard we pride ourselves in offering training that is Fast, Fun and targeted at your races.
We offer lean-to-swim, water-polo fitness, triathlete (swimming), Synchro Swimming (Sweet Valley only) and squads in several areas: Rondebosch, Sweet Valley, Claremont, Kronendal Primary (Hout Bay) and satellites in Strand.
